Welcome to the Gift of Support Campaign 💛
💛 THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF THIS CAMPAIGN
You’re officially part of the Gift of Support Campaign 💛
From May 3–May 9, we’ll be raising awareness and sharing maternal mental health resources across Santa Clara County, with a special focus on May 6 (World Maternal Mental Health Day).
Thank you for showing up and helping us reach more moms with support that matters.
We are honored to work alongside Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal as our Community Education Partner, helping expand awareness, reduce stigma, and connect moms to real support.

By sharing this campaign, you are:
Expanding awareness of maternal mental health
Connecting families to Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services
Reducing stigma around asking for help
Ensuring crisis resources reach the people who need them
Supporting culturally responsive, community-centered care
We are deeply grateful for your commitment, compassion, and collaboration.
Together, we are giving families the Gift of Support.
💛 ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
The Gift of Support Campaign: is about showing up for moms—together.
In honor of World Maternal Mental Health Day, we’re bringing Santa Clara County organizations, providers, and community voices together to raise awareness, share resources, and make support more visible and accessible.
From May 3–May 9, we’ll use our platforms to highlight services, normalize conversations around maternal mental health, and help mothers better navigate the care available to them.
Because when information is easier to find, support becomes easier to receive.
What families will learn
What is Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
How to access mental health services through insurance
How to support a partner or loved one
That no one has to navigate postpartum alone
What additional services are available to Medi-Cal families in Santa Clara County through Anthem Blue Cross, including transportation, doula support, FindHelp resources, and the 24/7 Nurse Line?
All designs may be edited to match your organization's colors, fonts, logos, and style.
We’re still finalizing a few designs, so you may see “Coming Soon” on some graphics. All assets will be updated and available in Canva as they are completed.
All graphics will be finalized and released by April 29th, so you can schedule your posts well in advance.

📌 CARE MANAGER TO WALK WITH YOU
Graphic
Care Manager
Caption:
If you're pregnant in California and on Medi-Cal, you are entitled to a FREE care manager through a program called ECM (Enhanced Care Management) — and most moms have no idea it exists.
A care manager supports you with appointments, referrals, resources, follow-ups, and the overwhelming "Where do I even start?" moments.
One person. On your team. Walking with you.
ECM connects you with a dedicated care manager who walks with you through your pregnancy and postpartum period — helping you navigate appointments, housing, mental health support, and more. One person. In your corner. For free.
Here's who qualifies:
— Pregnant or recently postpartum
— Enrolled in Medi-Cal in California
— Especially if you have complex health, housing, or social needs
This is the support motherhood was always supposed to come with. Nobody warned us it was available — so we're telling you now.
Tag a pregnant friend who needs to see this. Save this post. Share it. It could change someone's entire experience of becoming a mom.

Maternal mental health isn’t rare—it’s common.
1 in 4 experience pregnancy or infant loss.
1 in 5 experience mental health symptoms.
And many suffer in silence.
This doesn’t just affect moms—it impacts entire families.
You’re not weak. You’re not failing. You’re human.
So many moms are carrying more than they show—but support does exist.
From doulas to mental health support to community resources—help is available.
Let’s talk about it. Let’s support it. 💛

📌 Support looks different for everyone.
Graphic Hook:
Support looks different for everyone.
Caption:
📌 Support looks different for everyone. But the first step is knowing what you're actually dealing with.
Maternal mental health conditions are the #1 complication of childbirth — and most moms find out the hard way because nobody warned them before it happened.
Let's change that.
Here's what the data actually says:
💜 1 in 7 women experience postpartum depression 🩷 1 in 5 women experience postpartum anxiety — more common than gestational diabetes 💙 1 in 10 women experience postpartum OCD — those scary intrusive thoughts have a name 🔴 1 in 500 women experience postpartum psychosis — rare, but a medical emergency
If you've ever thought "something is wrong with me" after having a baby — something wasn't wrong with YOU. Something was happening TO you. And you deserved someone to tell you that before you left the hospital.
That's why we exist.
It could be: 💬 Talking to a friend 🤝 Connecting with a Community Health Worker 🧠 Getting professional support
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Save this. Share it with every pregnant woman in your life. Tag a mom who needed to see this years ago. 👇🏾

📌 WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PARTNER IS STRUGGLING
Graphic Hook:
"Seeing your partner struggle after baby? Here's where to start."
Caption:
Postpartum affects the whole family. If your gut says something is off, trust it.
Here's what you can do:
  • Name what you see with care
  • Validate their feelings
  • Offer practical support
  • Connect them to ECM or a therapist

You don't have to fix everything—just help them take the first step.
Check with your healthcare provider about getting connected to ECM services.
